Caffeine headache...HELP?

I don't know why, but I am very suseptible to caffeine headache. I am not what you'd call a "regular coffee drinker." On days where on earth I'm really dragging at work, I'll grab 1/2 a cup next to 1/2 cup of soymilk. I'll try not to do this every day any. But I'm still suffering from caffeine headaches and they are so dibiliating.

Does anyone hold any advice or suggestions on how to wean myself bad of coffee, or drink something that will give me a boost? And don't suggest sugar...I draw from withdrawls from that easily too.

Thanks!

Answers:    I used to acquire caffeine headaches, I slowly switched to drinking decaf coffee and caffeine free sodas. There are some herbal supplements you can transport for an energy boost which don't contain caffeine. You can ask at your local GNC or supplement store for recommendation. Good luck!
I had equal problem, but I was a coffee-holic so I don't know if that made the difference. I be having headache and heart palpitations because I drank SO much coffee. But when I tried to quit, I got even worse headache and my doctor said it was in fact from withdrawal. I have no idea nearby was such a entity.

Your doctor is the best person to consult almost this, but in my situation I have to decrease my caffeine over a extent of time and use an analgesic to ease the headache. It took a while, but now I'm bad caffine altogether. I realize that it doesn't agree with me, so it's matching for me as a food allergy.

I hope this helps and that you are competent to end the headache soon.
