Smoking or no smoking?
Answers: Restaurants primarily is where adjectives people sit as in good health. A non-smoker wont want to be taking in adjectives the smoke from a another person while have their meals. I reckon they should strictly restrict public area as a non-smoking nouns. In my country they started off but couldnt uphold.
