Has anyone taken or specified anyone that have taken Wellbutrim..which is an anti-deppressant?
Answers: Wellbutrin is a good antidepressant. It have similar side effects as Zoloft. Sometimes someone will need to try several meds until that time finding the one that works. It is often impressive when others aren't.
Sometimes a MD will give a cocktail of meds because they work better together than alone.

I was taking Zoloft and loathed it...had wierd thoughts...
Im taking WEllbutrin... and I love it.. no problems :)
Side effects: Reduced hunger... possible insomnia.. so don't bear it after 4 or 5 oclock. Thats what I do.
I took it for a while. Don't recall any serious side effects, or any at adjectives for that matter. The with the sole purpose time I had an issue near it was when I snappily stopped taking it and was sick for days. That one be my own fault though and zilch wrong with the medication itself. I am not a doctor, but my mom's line has a history of depression and anxiety. Of my mother, 2 aunts, grandparents, and myself, 1 is on Prozac, 2 are on Wellbutrin, 1 on Zoloft, 1 on Lexapro, and 1 I am not sure. Both of my grandparents and one aunt have to try at least two medication before they found the one that worked for them...and they usually run at least 6 weeks formerly you adjust to the medication to see if they are working for you or not (except Lexapro, which is newer and results can be seen inside 2 weeks - I know I did).
I am not depressed but i was taking welburtrin to quit smoking and it worked great for that, but as for my mood, i be hostile and short tempered and unbelievably pissed off and could not sleep for the enthusiasm of me. hey im taking it,i dont have any problems beside it,its been 3 weeks presently and ive noticed i consistency better
