How come?

how come almost all the time when i go and get up my eyes start to go black and something i can't be aware of my legs. how thes happens i enjoy to stop walking till it goes away any to doesn't concern how fast or slow i capture up

eat more liver, and try take some iron supplements. but do see a doctor about that.
Though I usually agree beside Minx - this time i have to disagree... its sounds approaching typical anemia or low red blood cell count. I would do what the first dude said and eat more iron rich foods or freshly take an iron pill AND fyi iron pills are gross they bring in me want to puke BUT my doc told me to take it near a vitamin c tablet and it will help hold it into your system quicker.
