I have be having an on and past its sell-by date pain contained by my upper right side near my rib coop for several weeks. It's like a throbbing spasm thats on and off and worsens after I hold a bowel movement (which has also have blood in it)and after I devour.. The pain get so bad sometimes it feel like a pierce stabbing me really hard authentic quick. It also hurts bleak when I'm just walking around. I'm also nautious 24 hours a hours of daylight and vomiting as well. Can anyone give a hand me out or give me any proposal as to what this might be? Could this be an emergency?? Thanks for you're help!

Answers:    yes this could be an emergency. it could be your appendix. i'd really suggest dance to the ER or doc tomorrow, espically if you are vomitting. with the blood contained by the stool, you could maybe also hold some stones.

blood surrounded by your bowel movments means that something is obstucted surrounded by your bowel (colon). which could be stones or something worse.
