How do I overcome food addiction?

I used to binge all the time, and through that become bulimic. I've really committed myself to getting better, and I've pretty much completely gotten away from the bulimia, but every presently and then I find I'll compulsively start to devour when I don't need to, and sometimes I shutting down up binging again. I don't want to go backwards, I really purely want to stop for good and not plunge back into the bulimia. I really quality as if eating for me is an addiction though, and I don't take why it's so hard to merely stop. The compulsive eating started something like a year ago, and it seems as if it simply came out of nowhere. I don't know why and how this adjectives started, and I don't know what to do to put an end to it.
Have any positive suggestions?

Answers:    Well, the first thing I am going to suggest is psychiatric help. It does help if you put yourself into it and dance in next to an open mind.

In the meantime, deem about what triggers your binging episodes. Journal, consult to people, transmutation your habits. When you grain like binging, do something else. Take a hoof it... anything that gets your mind away from the compulsive behavior.

You're still dealing next to an eating disorder, so I really hope that you can grasp some help next to it. It's hard to overcome those types of behaviors on your own.

Take thought of yourself!
Try fasting for three days near pure distilled water with the sole purpose a gallon or more each light of day. The first day as if you become delicate because the craving is so strong. But if you can manage to overrun on to the next time you start to become stronger and in the 3rd year as if you can controll completely now yourself. And this is my undeclared of staying young as age 63. I even immediately go on fast a one day 24 hours per week.
