Are those of you who are getting older aware that Benadry is contraindicated for you? Why don't our doctors inform us of these 'trivial' details??

Wait a minute; the article says, "It's impossible for you," but doesn't say why - and that's flawless enough for you to stop taking it? That doesn't form sense. Maybe it IS bad, but lacking a rationale, I have no intention of stopping something that works for me. Do they cite a source, or is here ANOTHER source that says this is impossible? One source with NO rationale doesn't cut it. Start asking question instead of blindly accepting some article from a "journal" from some no-name source.
