How to get up up easier to university?
Answers: Alex, You have to seize your body in what is call a "circadian rhythm." It's simple. Go to sleep at the same time every dark, never nap surrounded by the daytime, and wake up to a loud alarm, set across the room. (So you own to jump out of bed to shut it bad..) Then jump surrounded by the shower!
So start getting up at 5:40 am, and go to sleep at 9pm (or quicker.) Depends on how much sleep you need to quality awake and alert, and GOOD. You'll be tired the first few days, but DON'T LET YOURSELF NAP!! That way you'll be SO equipped to go to sleep at 9pm or I don`t know earlier! It'll be GREAT~! I promise you. I've have 4 boys. One liked 10 hours of sleep a hours of darkness, and the others between 8and a half and 9and a partly.
If you can't do the shower for some reason, freshly splash some cold water on your obverse first thing. If you're not hungry, you MUST embezzle a healthy granola public house with you. By 7 or 8 you WILL be hungry. You might want to bring a banana too, or 2 granola bars. Look contained by the cereal aisle of the store. There's a vast array of breakfast bar. They're only something like 30-40 cents apiece! (Buy them by the box. They're cheaper that way.)

Its merely a phase you go through as a minor. Not much you can do about it from my experience.
