Does Niacin Medication Have Any Side Effects?
Answers: Technically, it has no side effects (although some drugs may enjoy an interaction with it). Some nation may have allergic reaction to it, but that's a different story.
The other answerer was correct that it may impart a flushing effect, but that is clearly natural and safe... it's actually the intended effect of it. That flushing is fairly what's responsible for the benefits for circulation, cardiovascular health, and cholesterol strength. Also, just surrounded by case you read her comment like peas in a pod way I did.... it's not a flushing that's related to the toilet, it a short time ago makes your skin turn red. ;-)
Niacin is also beneficial for vivacity metabolism. It doesn't give you an "strength boost" specifically, but it does help your body to metabolize and produce enthusiasm (which may be sustained energy for some and short-term zest for others).
If the flushing is too much for you, you may want to try a flush-free Niacin or a Niacinamide... both are essentially reduced forms of Niacin so you still get the effect of Niacin minus the flush (or at least not as much).
For in the region of 15-20 minutes in cause a flushing effect...so be prepared to spend sometime in the bathroom. Oh it also give you a slight energy boost.
