Last week, I jus had an injection (those injection for conventional body check-up to check for high blood pressure etc.) Till immediately, my hand is still inadequately bruised (about the size of a fifty cent coin). It is in threatening purple and it seem to receive worse everyday. Worse still, the bruise is away from the injection hole about 2.5cm. What shld I do to remove the shocking sight?

Answers:    A) call for your DR. That isn't normal. B) slap a rime pack on it to help shrink any inflammation while you wait to bring back in to see said dr.
