Because the system makes a sh*t nouns of money on alcohol and smokes, and marijuana is what people nickname a "gateway" drug and the government would enjoy to deal beside a whole lot of angry ethnic group if they made it legal, even though I know they are probably dying to because next they could even make MORE money stale of all of us.
