Reasons for depression?
Answers: There is a chemcial surrounded by the brain called Serotonin which have been found to provide a direct cooperation with mental state (like moods/emotions) within a general sense. When you take a dip in Serotonin your mood can dip too cause you to feel grief-stricken for no apparent sense.
The best way to combat this is to go and get into the sun light. Go for a hike, sunbathe (use sunscreen) take the dog for a hike, go for a swim etc etc. The street lamp from the sun reacts beside other molecules in your skin cause serotonin to be produced. This isn't a matter of standing contained by sunlight for 15 minutes and wondering why u still feel discontented. It takes some regular buzz to be out in the sunlight. Positive thinking will also serve, so take a friend :D
Are you bipolar? Or probably your period is at hand. Maybe you're pregnant? PMS/pregnancy wreak havoc on the hormones...

do u know about Yoga? or Meditation? it could give a hand you. There are so many factor. You could be chemically imbalanced, in which covering, you are low on seretonin. Stress, and generally your social and work environment. It's also your guide of thinking, but honestly, you should check to see if you it is actually depression or hormonal change.
