Sleep problems?
i can only sleep at a sertain time respectively day...or then.
it's much easier for me to sleep in afterwards go to bed precipitate.
i often hold trouble getting to sleep.
lately i've been response more tired then usual.
are my sleeping pattern...normal?
Answers: recent study say teenagers bodies are supposed to start getting tired around 11 or 12 at night, and sleep until 10 or 11. i thought i have sleep problems to. but its actually what every pubescent goes threw. try relaxing more at darkness, make sure your entire hours of daylight is wearing you out so when you get home your in position to relax and go to bed.

you may be a insomniac ego ask my doctor dont take any pill because sleeping pills put together you dependent unless your doctor says you have need of them. plus try to relax, before you sleep hot baths brand your muscles ease so appropriate one of those
