What is the best sleeping position for your body?
i dont know if they correlate at all?
Answers: stomach sleeping strains your low spinal column
it crimps the nerves, arteries, veins and lymph vessel in your arms and you will awaken near your hands/arms "asleep"
any other position is good. if you side sleep put a small pillow between your knees for comfort
Stomach sleeping isn't angelic. Your spine is in its proper position when you're sleeping on your final. When you're on your stomach the vertibrae aren't in place.
