White and Red blood cell query?

i got my results for my blood work and it say i have 8.1 white blood cell and 4.78 red blood cells is this conventional? and i know the white blood cells are kinda high-ranking how can i lower them ?

Answers:    Elevated white blood cells (leukocytes) can indicate an infection. The usual WBC range is 4,300 to 10,800 cell per cubic millimeter. Your results indicate 8,100. This is normal.

Red blood cell (erythrocytes) carry oxygen. Normal RBC for a women is 4.2 to 5.4 million cells/mcL (microliter). Your results indicate 4.78. This is commonplace.

You don't mention whether this was routine bloodwork or whether your physician be trying to rule out a condition, but your results are WNL (within normal limits).
They are both mundane.
