Answers: Try Miralax, appropriate fiber. Easy on the digestive system then other difficult laxatives. I have IBS and cannot fiddle with the harsh cramps near stimulants. You can mix Miralax with almost any drink, or plain river, it is tasteless and usually works overnight.
