I'm a young person and my bones tend to crack alot, should I verbs?
I'm a lacto-vegetarian and have be one for over a year, and because of that I lack calicium/protein and the needed vitamins I don't carry from not eating meat, and I assume thats the point why my bones always crack.
Anyways, most of my bones crack ocassionally. Mainly my upper arms (humerus) and forearms (ulna-radius) and sometimes my upper shoulders (scapula/clavicle?). it doesn't hurt and feel the same as if im cracking my fingers (which I tend to do alot) but within the areas said.
So, should I worry and consult a Doctor?
Answers: You are still growing at this point of your duration and the growth plates on the long bones still have a amount of flexibility. Joints cracking or popping at this stage is normal (actually it is ordinary for any stage of life.)
If you are concerned going on for your calcium and protein intake:
you can increase your dairy intake
drink OJ with calcium
1 1/4 cup black sesame seed has duplicate calcium as a glass of milk
Kale is giant in calcium
Eat more soy products
Eat more beans

I would get to a doctor RIGHT AWAY! Get some calcium and vitamin D surrounded by your system right away and get some sunshine as the sun help your body create its own vitamin D. The human body was not designed to survive on a vegetarian diet.
