before that I have a cold,but it soon stopped so I thought it went away by itself. However my frenzy started 2 days ago and my body temperature would scope from a normal 36.8 degree to as high as 38.7 degree. But I feel completely mundane and energetic,only just that my body feels hot. I've also developed a sore throat. I suspected it might be dengue frenzy,but i have no signs of diarrhoea or vomiting.

What could be wrong next to me? Is the fever and sore throat cause by the cold?
