I have raynaud's dissorder, which funds whenever my feet or hand get cold (and they're MUCH more sensitive to getting cold than most people's), they return with numb, and turn white, blue, and even purple if I leave them cold long adequate. In the summer I'm fine, but in the decline and winter I'm always wearing several pairs of socks.

My problem is formal shoes. The simply time I can wear any sandals or shoes without socks is contained by the summer on warm days. Usualy I don't mind, as I resembling wearing normal shoes anyway. But within are several concerts and formal dances that I'll be attending contained by these next few cold months, and shoes next to socks look weird near skirts and dresses, and pantyhose and stockings really don't give me any temperature. Does anybody know of any shoes that have heated soles or something that will expose my foot as most formal shoes do, (I have nice foot when they're not cold,) yet not agree to them get cold and turn blue? It's really embarassing when that happen!

Answers:    Unfortunately, I don't know of a different type of shoe or heated shoe to suggest. However, there are these 'appendage warmer" packets you can buy within the hunting section at most department stores that might be encouraging. All you do is break them in the middle, squish them up, and they achieve very thaw out. They stay warm for hours, my husband uses them contained by his boots. You might see if there is some road you could use them, I know they have different sizes.
