What is the difference between dizziness, vertigo and pale headedness?

Do they have different meaning? And how can each one be explained?

Answers:    Yes in that is a difference. Dizziness and light headedness are vitally the same item. Just a feeling of thinking you're going to drop or maybe mentally disoriented. Vertigo is truly the feeling of spinning around and around. That is the difference. So tons times people will strip someone with vertigo when if truth be told they don't have that ending symptom, but that is in truth what it is.
The difference between dizziness and vertigo is that if you has vertigo the integral room spins in one direction, any to the left or the right. Vertigo also doesn't really stop when you close your eyes teh process that dizziness does.
