after working all week, i still get up up about 6.30 - 7 at weekends. despite trying my hardest to stay asleep.
my bodyclock wake automatically the same time as i do within the week.
but my partner gets up nearly 5 some mornings, depending on where he have meetings that sunshine. and then come weekends he manage to stay in bed till 11-12. so im down here twiddling my thumbs

I carry up about impossible to tell apart time as you at the weekends (6.30 to 7ish) but for me this is a lie within as I get up at 5.30 adjectives week.
