I've felt similar to I'm about to bring a cold for a couple of days and tonight I know I definately am. My throat hurts at the back - feel kinds swollen and although my muzzle isn't blocked or anything, it hurts at the top when I breathe in. I draw from this every time I have a cold earlier it gets really fruitless. I know there's no cure or anything but does anyone know any tricks for getting rid of it quick or stopping it developing?

Answers:    Taking massive doses of vitamin C similar to 10 gm a day is supposed to do this trick. Such sizeable amounts, however, are not recommended.
