Podiatry - Toes don't touch ground?
Again, this is only one one foot. All toes touched the ground typically before the incident. She does not know what brought on the strain.
At first, the only piece I could think of that would motive that much pain within one toe is a broken bone. But the pain is very soon gone but the toe still "feels unexpected." She's 23 so arthritis is out. Any ideas? Should we consult a podiatrist? Thanks contained by advance for any backing.
Answers: It sounds like some helpful of spasm to me. Spasms can lift any section of your body off the ground. If she didn't enjoy an incident to cause a workings of injury then I don't see how she could enjoy broken anything.
She in herself might be relaxed, but spasms can still turn out and cause tightness short her realizing it.
It's other worth checking out, but I'd have her see her regular doc first. They'll probably do some x-rays and make a contribution her some muscle relaxers to see if they help.
Good luck!
