I would be pissed that he wasn't honest, but I would work out the reason trailing it. It would really depend on how good of a friend this human being was when I agreed to tolerate him move in. If it be someone that was a really polite friend of mine, I would stay pissed off for awhile for lying to me (I abhor a liar). but if is was a "room mate for rent" situation, I would become conscious why he didn't say anything- nouns is a factor! Either way, the HIV wouldn't bother me as much as the drought of honesty.
