(Question from a manly, pics included) Why do my nipples stick out?

Its pretty much basically the skin, all I enjoy to do is simply put my finger tip on it and it looks like I enjoy firm pecs.
But when my finger tips are not on and I flex them, they "hang over" approaching man boobs. When I grab it and perceive around I can feel a immense gland, which is probably what is make the skin stick out... but I am not entirely sure
I own pretty built up muscles above my nipples, and am pretty much average weight. Is this of late baby corpulent? How can I lose this?
Answers: Hmmm........looks pretty normal, but the "huge gland" comment worries me. How are you sure that this is not a tumor? Males can get breast cancer too (even childish males), believe it or not. If you're concerned about this, it couldn't hurt to agree to your doctor take a look at it. Good luck.
