Is here a medical explanation for this?

Whenever I'm falling asleep, I always shred! I'm a big thinker at hours of darkness, and sometimes knowingly cry because I'm heartbreaking. I've also had a history of depression. But even if I'm really positive about something, when I 'm contained by bed- usually right before I've in actual fact fallen asleep and I'm not thinking give or take a few much at all- I'll feel tears running down my cheeks. This happen so much that sometimes I'll be snapped into consciousness because of it... is this normal? Why is this arranged?
