Answers: Do not quit your job. If you quit the one entity you are afraid of, that you have to do, it will singular get worse. Try explaining to your boyfriend how you discern, and that you need adjectives the support you can get. He is right, however. Quitting is not the leeway, you must push forward my dear friend. Meditation has help me significantly in my times of doubt. It have helped me to control, and tranquil my mind when the outside world is too much to handle. Also transmit as many individuals as you can about your anxiety problems. While have anxiety problems myself, I realized that I be ashamed of people knowing. So, once they did know, I feel much better, and everyone was super supportive. Also, do some research surrounded by your area. I'm sure you could find a free mental strength clinic, or just regular free clinic. They're everywhere! And most empire I've come to understand are more than of a mind to help someone out when they ask for it. Lastly and MOST importantly. Stay positive. Having a positive attitude almost other invokes a positive situation. Repeat in your team leader: "i am strong. I am in control. I am more than knowledgeable."
