Why is it that the more I sleep, the more tired I grain, the subsequent afternoon (read on, please) ?

Answers: You are probably suffering the effects of long possession sleep deprivation. Four hours a night is merely not enough and the effects are cumulative.
Sleeping too much is also ill, but I don't think that thats your problem. Its not exactly indistinguishable for every person but 7 or 8 hours a dark is generally a apt guideline. I like to attain 8 or 9 hours because I'm an exercise fanatic and I own a stressful job so I stipulation the extra rest.
Sleep is very essential for you overall health and so I'm worried just about you my friend and I want you to get more sleep.
There are tons non-drug solutions. Arrange your schedule so that you set aside at tiniest 7 or 8 hours for sleep. Even if you don't actually sleep for this time of year you should start by reserving this time. Even if you aren't actually sleeping, newly resting in a darkened room surrounded by your bed is a good start.
I don't know what your usage of caffeinated beverages is but you should avoid those if you are have sleep difficulties. Also if you are having trouble getting to sleep, try NOT to rest in the middle of the daytime. A regular schedule is defining to getting enough sleep. Go to bed and stir up at the same time every year.
Try NOT to read in bed, keep watch on TV, engage surrounded by Y!A, write e-mail or do anything that will excite you or get your brain working. Make sure that your sleep nouns is for sleep and nothing else. You will be surprised how major this is.
You CAN train your body to sleep better. Like I said this is very historic for your health and it have been powerfully studied by health professionals (ie - don't simply take my word for it, nearby is plenty of information out there)
3 or 4 hours is just not satisfactory sleep for anyone.. Try exercising and taking vitamins.
