I am a 15 year old guy, and sometimes I have a feeling guilty about my consumption habits. Every presently and then I purloin a One A Day Men's multivitamin that my doctor suggested, but when I'm feeling apathetic and can't find mine I take my mom's. I've done this three or four times and every single time I do I expire up vomiting within partly an hour. Why is this? I do not want to hear about how I should try consumption a healthier diet instead of taking multivitamins surrounded by the first place or how I am not getting enough exercise, sleep, etc. Please furnish me a good, irrefutable answer, e.g. the extra chromium or iron in the woman's series stimulates my chemoreceptor zone.

Answers:    I will do the same if the pill is smelly, esp vitamins! they are close to gerbil food! My doc told me to freeze mine so they do not smell as strong and take 2-3 gulps of hose to wet your throat back taking the pill!
