Which is better for your back crunches or sit ups? As, within which works out the back more?
Hiya, I'm 15 years elderly female.
I own a bad vertebrae, Scoliosis and bad posture.
I wanna work out my rear legs and abs at the same time.
I know crunches is better for your abs. But which one is more influential for your back?


Answers:    Sit ups and crunches are both great for your abs but not for your posterior. Here's one back excersice that might relieve: Lay flat on your stomach with your arms strechted out straight contained by front of you, slowly lift your legs and arms up past its sell-by date the floor as high as you can towards the ceiling, hold for a second afterwards release slowly. Do a few reps of these after your abs and don't forget to strech when your done your workout. Best advise would be to be in motion to a gym and talk to a trainer. worthy luck
