Headache.?
iv been getting frequet headache for years now but its really bugging me very soon cuz i got exams contained by 2weeks..
at first i thought it was because of the bake but then it get cold and i still got them..
next my mum suggested i go for an eye check a year ago..i go and found out i had problems beside my eyes and im short-sighted so i ended up next to glasses..my optormertrist said that my headache would consequently stop...
my headaches go for a while but now their support..i try eat right,i dont drink coffee or tea,i run and i of late started yoga to try reduce stress..
my mums suggesting to travel for another eye check and maybe bring new goggles...
what could be the cause of the headache and what more can i do to try acquire rid of it?
i dont want to continue living near it..

Answers: I get muscle cramps A LOT because I work contained by a deli, and I'm lifting ten pound meats adjectives day. If you don't want to lift a ton of medicine, try applying for a time bit of ICY HOT on your neck to facilitate ease the rigidity. That is what the baseball players use. They actually hold it at the dollar store, but it works wonders! And it feels so apt when you rub it on. Helps my muscles out anyway.
