Coping next to stress of quitting smoking?

I just not long quit smoking, I am using the patch, but I'm still wanting to smoke REALLY BAD! What are some good ways to keep hold of my mind busy and not wanting to smoke.


Answers:    Exercise, it will make you get the impression good and natural and take your mind rotten smoking. Avoid places where you used to smoke and ancestors you used to smoke with till you have a feeling in control. Avoid alcohol and replace your smoking obsession with something else, for e.g. chew on some veggies- carrot, celery to take your mind bad the urge to smoke.
chew gum, always do something near your hands. save your mind occupied near other things and before you know it would be a month since u quit
