The age-old debate over marijuana vs. alcohol. Which one does the most wreckage?
Answers: What kind of disfavour?
Either one can result in a pregnancy (and excuses as to why etc. etc. you've immediately got a oops-a-baby)... any one can cause a motor wreck that can end/ruin lives, quite slickly.
Mental? both affect you, and both are habit-forming (one can get you jailed). Physical? even surrounded by moderation, SMOKING ANYTHING gives you cancer (which other makes me roll with laughter that the same weenies that want smoking eliminate etc. etc. -- can also be pro-marijuana legalization!?).. taking in wine is fine, harder alchohol over years can hurt your liver, brain and exact your nose to look similar to Teddy Kennedy's or Bill Clinton's (without the TV make-up.. lift a good look).
