Fist time squeeze. What to expect?

I am a male and hold been given a bequest certificate at a spa for a sauna, hip bath and massage. I own never had any and don't know what to do or expect. Do I need to bring specific clothing? Do I wear a bathing suit contained by the bath? Are your private parts covered during the press? Do I tip the masseuse?
Thanks

Answers:    As a licensed massage psychotherapist, first time clients are always my favorite. Your first rub can be a bit nerve racking. You are surrounded by a vulnerable postition (you are unclothed and the other personality is clothed). Rest assured even though this is YOUR first massage, it is not the consultant first massage. We own heard every sound out and concern. You can call to ask if you inevitability to bring a bathing suit (some spa services require this) or they may have disposable ones for you. As for human being covered, a sheet or towel will be covering you the entire massage. Only the nouns being worked on will be uncovered. If you are at a spa usually a tip is given, contained by a private practice or clinical massage, no. Please soak up. I hope it is a good experience.
You do not want to bring specific clothing, you can wear a towel. Bathing suit in the hip bath is optional (if it is a private tub...I'd bring it just incase)...and you are also free to wear it during the manipulate...it's up to your comfort level. Your private areas...and any other areas you do not want exposed should remain covered. Communicating near your MT (your comfort levels) is important to own an enjoyable experience. And be sure to appointment them the massage shrink and not a masseuse (most states require licensure and a "masseuse" implies an unlincensed soul who gives "those" type of "massages"...you know what I mean).
