Latley ive be foreboding?

very lonley and disheartening.
i dont really know why.
also, i havent been consciousness well physically[headaches alot and shaking at times.]
does one hold to do with the other?
what should i do?

Ways to combat depression.

Try not to remain alone! Please grasp help, surround yourself next to family and friends who love you!

The more severe depressions are normally treated with anti-depressant medication such as Prozac and Zoloft. These can be prescribed by a medical doctor or Psychiatrist.

If meds are not for you, there is an herbal remedy call St. John's Wort which is helpful for frequent people. Do NOT run St. John's Wort at the same time as prescription anti-depressants unless your doctor tell you it's okay!

Almost everyone can get some benefit from diet and exercise. 20 minutes of brisk walking each day is often satisfactory to give some nouns from depressive symptoms. A food plan that controls blood sugar can also be helpful for some general public. I personally recommend The Zone diet.


Listen to music. Use mediattion and yoga. Develop a hobby.Call friends. Go a movie. Treat yourself to a mould or aromatherapy or a new style or go shopping.
jump a nightclub and go dance. Dancing is a good stiffness and stress -reliever. aside of course,; from sex.
You may enjoy a panic disorder or other things higher than that. If I were you I would step visit your doctor and he will make clear to you where you necessitate to go.. perchance a psychologist. Depression and anxiety can lead to physical sicknesses. Good luck and you are not alone!
