How can I carry on a mundane sleeping agenda?

My sleeping times are very sporadic. I sleep often and usually find it easier to stay up at hours of darkness because I like the time alone to myself.


Answers:    Try not to bring naps during the year because this is setting the body off its track. The human body have it own watch to stir by. For example, If you start going to sleep at 9:00pm and wake up at 8:00am your body will seize a track going. Sleeping in the middle of the daytime messes this all up.
