Life after disturbed breakdown?

I just have my third depressive epsiode at age 25 and it scared the hell out of me but really motivated me to cart charge of and work on my problems (I'm diagnosed as partial borderline/ADD/Clinically depressed). Other than the obvious, I don't know what to do or expect. I've started drinking healthier, working out, doing yoga, keeping busy, taking adjectives my meds on time every light of day, being honest beside people surrounded by my life something like my condition, etc. I noticed after the second one (non-stop crying and paranoia that not a soul likes me, never psychotic, anxiety long-term a few weeks, never been hospitalized) surrounded by college, my short-term memory was even worse than it have been, and it be harder to focus & concentrate. I am having similar problems very soon, a week after the third one but I am back on meds and it's helping. I'm not crazy or anything but sleeping is tough and once in awhile I'll enunciate the wrong word when I meant to speak something else. I'm worried. Can i eventually lead a majority life?

Answers:    It sounds similar to you are on the right track--working out (will increase the endorphins in your brain--the chemicals that bring in you feel good), yoga (will guide you to keep detached and how to regulate your breathing) and taking meds.

So often, empire with Depression guess that they can conquer their depression by themselves and stop taking their meds---or don't take them as prescribed. Anti-Depressants are to regulate the chemicals surrounded by your brain that are unbalanced.

Sometimes, you will hold to try different medications until you find the ones that work. One medication may work fine for one human being and not another.

When the chemicals in your brain become balanced--you will know it---you will newly start to feel dutiful.

You can lead a typical life. It only just takes time. Remember Depression is due to a chemical disparity in your brain..it is not your criticize and you are not weak.

Unfortunately, society still looks at Depression as something one can control.

Best of Luck
