Constantly attitude sleepy?

Lately I've been dealing beside a lot of stress and atypical sleeping patterns: (Sleeping at 2-3 AM, taking 2 hours nap after 4PM when normal should be coming home at 4 PM and sleeping at 1AM.)

What are some things I can do to alleviate this problem (other than exercise since I don't own much time to jog.)

Answers:    If you are taking 2 hour naps at 4 consequently you have time to exersize. I hold the same problem and I enjoy to literally force myself to jog ( I get a dog so now I surface guilty if I don't) Also look at your diet- are you eating lots of carbs for lunch- Are you depressed (that be part of my problem) Bottom line- find time to return with outside and exersize and I promise, after a few weeks you will feel better and sleep better.
