Back problem!?

(Friday night)i was playing football and i get decked and landed not easy on my lower back. it be very bumpy when i got up it feel like my lower backbone spasmed. i played through it and i woke up yesterday (saturday) and i was sore and sensitive whenever i ran, bent over, or touched it. today (sunday), it hurts more or less the same as yesterday and it ache alittle bit. my mom felt it and said in attendance is no knot near (back spasm) and i think it could be something near my bone. what do you think is wrong next to my back?


Answers:    You have need of rest, and heat on your lower subsidise. As soon as you feel you can, do some simple exercises (raising your legs a few inches contained by the air while on your vertebrae, one by one, and then together - you can probably catch the exercises by googling "exercises for your back".
Next time this happens, put some rime to your back right away.
Now, use steam to get the muscles to relax, but don't overdo it, or your muscles will step weak on you.
As you probably live within the USA, you are probably hesitant to turn get an X-ray, but if you enjoy insurance, I would recommend it. Probably not needed, but it could put your mind at rest.
I do not recommend a chiropractor.
