I enjoy tolose 12 lbs within 13 days?

its for wrestling..any suggestions

i weigh currently 142lbs


Answers:    Unreal. Maybe if you where 200+lbs consequently yeah you would..But at 142 it starts to get harder and harder to lose a pound. You can try to detox and look slimmer..You can find a detox tackle at your local walmart. The kit is roughly speaking $20. You'll lose around 10-20lbs depending on how dirty your system is. I lose 12 lbs in 4 days on that. You can't guzzle though. Thats the bad fragment.. :(
Excersize,
don't have any extra snacks inbetween your 3 square meal...
Eat BIGBIGBIGBIG breakfast, a medium lunch, and a SMALL dinner.
And excersize some more.
And dont drink soda. it can bloat you...
and....seize losta sleep. :)
Shave your head, and adjectives your body hair... everyone gram counts! Plus it will look a scream on the mat!

And next time.. I guess you get to get on the shield earlier!
chomp through nothing but low-fat fish and dimness green vegetables (avoid salmon, but tuna is good) and drink TONS of water, don't munch through too many calories, run an hour a morning and take vitamins.

if you can do adjectives that i guarantee the lbs will be gone.
take saline out of your diet. (it's not really healthy to do, but if it's single for 13 days, i don't think it'll be that desperate.) my boyfriend's mom took salt/ sodium out of her diet and she lost 10 lbs in a week. it's adjectives water mass but if your goal is a short time ago for 13 days, that should do the trick.
