about a month ago i notice there be a hard lump mass located at the bottom of the posterior of my head just this minute the pain from nearby has spread and in a minute it hurts to bend my neck forward. does anyone know what this could be? is it adjectives?

You really should achieve it checked by a Dr. just to be sure that it is nought serious.
