Answers: if you want to help your constipation problem i suggest staying away from rice , bread, corn. Things that oblige you go to the bathroom regularly are leafy greens, peas, beans, prunes, raisins, fruits, vegetables. Drinking lots of wet, and green tea also help. Also, doing some type of movement for 30 minutes helps.
