I've been "taking it easy" adjectives weekend and drinking heaps of tea and having hot baths and nil is making my cold go away. I get the impression really drained and have constant headache but need to be fit for college and a staff union tomorrow, any super-effective cure methods??

Answers:    I create hotremedies with fresh garlic,ginger and fresh lemon contained by boiling water.At times i will add on fresh basil leaves and cloves too.
Cod liver oil help as well, appropriate lots of vitamin c too.
