Pea size lump?
I have notice a pea size lump on the right back side of my collar. It is not visible unless I really verbs my neck to the vanished. It does not hurt and it seems movable. It is close to 1 cm within diameter but smaller. The weird item is that it feels larger within the morning and gets smaller during the year. It never became larger than 1 cm though.
I notice it 3 months ago and I went to my doctor. He said it be a cyst just by sensation it. I don't know what to think of it. I am not really worried since I do not own any more symptoms but sometimes the thought that it may be something more serious crosses my mind. Any suggestions?
Answers: My husband had one close to that. He went to a doctor to enjoy it removed. It was inexpencive, rushed, local anesthesia and they tested the lump after removal to make sure it be just a cyst. Don't verbs about it! Many relations have cysts and doctors not often understand how much we verbs. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to hit it next to a book. Crazy people. :)
Where its located, it could be a cyst or a lymph node. Cysts are usually benign and not a big buy and sell. It can be a sebaceous cyst, follicular cyst, you name it....complex to diagnose without a biopsy. Since it get bigger and smaller throughout the day, I'm thinking you enjoy a lymph node issue. Can you tell your doctor to remove it because its concerning you?
