I'm 19 and i'm at a course tomorrow, i havnt been sleeping much days gone by few nights and have a feeling like any screaming or crying. I dont know how much longer i can manage going to this course, even if i be to get a charge i dont think i could mentally do paperwork it. I've been on the course roughly a month and i understand if im made to jump i should go but we do nil in the class. I spent 3 hours drawing a picture to hang on to myself calm the other year, its almost funny. Should i go to my doctor or what?
