Whats is a heel spur?

Answers:    To be properly diagnosed ,go see a physician.
I thought I have one,but is was diagnosed by my physician as "plantar fasciitis"..which within layman's terms is inflammation surrounded by the heel or arch of the foot.
It is caused by exercising too much ,too easier said than done, and too fast..which is what I did,I worked out instrument too much one day running and playing basketball. My heel have been slaughter me for about 2 months very soon.
The doctor told me that with proper exercising and stretching ,the problem will work itself out.
It is treated by rime baths on the foot, and by placing ice on the heel.
Ibuprofen help with anti inflammatory problems,it is worse contained by the mornings.
Sometimes surgery is recommended as a last resort if agony does not desist.
Self diagnosis is not the way to dance. I thought I had a broken bone within my foot it hurt so bad,and still does. Some days are better than others, and it is worse contained by the morning before foot is stretched out beside activity.
Good luck next to it.
On the back of cowboy boots..those sharp circular things.
