Why do I shake when I stir up from a doze?
Every time I wake up from a powernap, my body vibrates hysterically for a few minutes. It's even more evident when the phone wake me up. And it never happens when I wake up up in the morning, single when it's a nap. It's unexpected, not scary or anything, and I'm basically curious as to why the body does this. Is it a part of scrap or flight? Something weird that individual happens to me? Or do other inhabitants get this too?
Answers: depending on the time of year you usually nap, I wonder if it could be a low blood sugar issue.
