Typical stress how do YOU toy with it?

Answers:    If I'm stressed I stop and read this poem:

Today,

Before you say an unkind word,
give attention to of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the piece of your food,
think of someone who have nothing to guzzle.
Before you complain about your husband or wife,
regard of someone who's crying out for a companion.
Before you complain about your children,
mull over of someone who desires them but has none.
Before you complain nearly your messy house,
think of someone living living rough.
Before you complain about the distance you drive,
chew over of someone who walks one and the same distance with their foot.
Before you complain about your available job or how tired you are,
think of the unwaged, the disabled, and those who wish they have your job.
And beforehand you complain about duration,
think of those who departed this world too soon.
When depressing thoughts get you down,
PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND BE HAPPY YOU'RE STILL ALIVE!

and I ponder about how lucky I am...
Not resourcefully, I am afraid. Stress takes over my existence at times and causes me physical weakness. I can't just sit still and relax because my mind is other in overdrive. I am on medication for depression and anxiety, but stress overrides it at times. I try to read for awhile, consequently move on to beading, afterwards on to cleaning. Stress wears me out physically and emotionally. I don't approaching it but in my 60 years of energy I have survived. Apparently within is still something in my lifetime I am intended to accomplish. Oh, yeah, there is the high-ranking blood pressure, too. But "I'm Alive."
