Are microwaved meal smaller number not detrimental than conventionally cooked meal?
Answers: Actually, after working in a condition food store as a consultant for a few years, I've learned that microwaving your food is worse than conventionally cooking. Microwaves use such a high-ranking amount of radiation to cook your food in such a small amount of time, that it get into your food and you ingest it (hint: radiation is not good for you). Also it depletes any nutritional significance in your spread
Many studies have shown that microwave food is faultlessly safe. The major problem with microwave meal is not how they are cooked, but their content (too much fat, saline and calories). Reliable scientific journal are the place to look for results that were carrying out tests by scientific proposal, not the web. Anyone can post anything on the net. I would suggest a search through a library facts base that have peer reviewed journals.
