Why is it that everytime after I put away I catch really sleepy?

Iam scaredt o eat at work westher it be a snack or a big lunch because afterwards I am hugely sleepy to the point that I have to be in motion the bathroom and catch spur-of-the-moment cat naps. I work 12 hrs a year 6 dyas a week but there is something wrong excluding that perhaps becasue when I dont munch through, I feel alive and full of perkiness. Any helpful counsel.
